As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with 8 to 12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare provider. Allow the tablet to dissolve in the mouth. To assess tolerance, start with a half tablet.

It is not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions consult your doctor before use.
