This tastes good enough to drink mixed with water if you're pressed for time. The good taste also opens up other possibilities, like mixing it in herbal tea. I make dandelion root tea from raw roots that I drink chilled in a large glass. I put a tablespoon of this mix in it and that makes a very pleasant drink which smooths out the mildly bitter taste of the dandelion and adds a lot of nutrition. This has become a favorite green mix.
